Version 2.0 of the Smarsh Bloomberg message search integrates seamlessly with Smarsh’s Compliance Web Suite, the most robust Email & Messaging compliance tool on the market today. The message search functionality provides compliance officers and other administrators the ability to retrieve their messages with more than twenty different criteria. Just a few include: keywords/phrases, random samplings, specific senders and/or recipients, company domains, flagged messages, date ranges, and many more. Messages are obtained from Bloomberg on a daily basis, written to a non-rewritable, non-erasable, optical WORM media to meet FINRA and SEC regulatory requirements, and then fully indexed, allowing for optimized message searches, ongoing surveillance, and easy and quick retrievability.

New features of the Compliance Web Tool are rolled out to clients on a regular basis, including such recent updates as a robust statistics and reporting center and a hierarchy administration tool for management of branches/divisions of a firm and assigning review permissions, among others.
