Redundant clustered spam and multi-layered virus appliances eliminate harmful emails at the gateway.
128-bit or 256-bit SSL & TLS encryption with unique user IDs and password protection.
Outbound content filtering.
All systems are protected by multi-tiered firewalls.
Servers are hosted on completely distinct logical networks.
Intricate login policy protects against dictionary attacks and phishing or guessing attacks.
All logins are recorded, allowing for review of the failed attempts and protection against attacks both within and outside of the company.
Custom applications and systems proactively monitor each customer�s archive, regardless of whether Smarsh provides email hosting or not. Systems notify our technical staff of any potential problems before they occur.
All archived media is password-protected prior to electronic or physical delivery.
