Employment Tribunals are tribunal non-departmental public bodies in England which has statutory jurisdiction to hear all different kinds of disputes between employees and employers. Some of the more common disputes involved redundancy payments, employment discrimination and unfair dismissal. The regulator and supervisor of employment tribunals is the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
