Choose which type of email account you have at Smarsh:
If you have any questions about the type of email account you have at Smarsh, please contact your administrator. Before you begin, you will need to know your email address, password and the type you are setting up (POP3, IMAP, or Exchange). For both POP3 and IMAP, you’ll need the name of the Smarsh server your email is hosted on.

From Settings, tap Add account
Enter your full email address and Password and tap Manual setup
From the Account setup screen, enter your full email address as your username (example: email@example.com), your password, and the mail server sent to you via email from Smarsh. Enter Port 995 and select SSL/TLS and then tap Next.
Note: On some new Android devices, you may need to select Security type SSL Accept All Certificated for both inbound and outbound authentication. The incoming port number would remain the same, but the outgoing port number would change to 587.
The next screen in Account setup will have Require Sign in, Username and Password auto-populated. Please enter Port 465 and select Security Type SSL/TLS. Tap Next when ready.
Select your personal Account Settings and then tap Next
Give this account a name (most users enter a full email address) and enter your full name. This will be displayed as the sender when you send email to others. Tap Next when finished.
Congratulations! Your corporate email has been added to your Android.
