If you do not know your username, or have forgotten it, follow the instructions below.
Please visit https://app.smarsh.com/my/AuthenticationRecovery/ForgotUsername, enter your email address and click Recover Username.
If the PIN was not automatically populated in the PIN field, enter it now. Click Recover Username.

Forgot your password to access The Archiving Platform? Follow the instructions below.
Go to login screen and click Forgot your password?
You will be provided a recover PIN, and prompted to check your email. The email will include a link to reset your password. Click the reset password link in the email you receive.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY AUTHENTICATION CODE
If your company has been enabled for multifactor authentication, users logging in to The Archiving Platform from a new device will follow these steps to access it:
The user will navigate to app.smarsh.com and enter their username and password
The user will enter the authentication code found in the email they receive, and will be logged in to their account. They can also opt to have this new device remembered for the future.
I’M LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
If you have attempted to log in too many times from the same computer, your ability to log in will be disabled. Please have your firm’s Smarsh Support administrator contact Smarsh Support to have the lock condition lifted.
