Investigating: Presensoft – As of 02:59 PM EDT on 2018-01-17, we have identified and are currently investigating an issue regarding this service. Currently, the Presensoft Management Console is unreachable. This is not impacting the archiving of any data. ::Scheduled Maintenance::

Perpetually will be undergoing system maintenance on Thursday, 1/18/2018 from 9 PM EST until approximately 11 PM EST. The system will be unavailable during this time, but archiving will resume once maintenance completes. No data will be impacted.

Smarsh Archiving Platform: The Smarsh Archiving Platform will be unavailable on Tuesday, 1/23/2018, during our standard maintenance window from 9 PM EST to 3 AM EST. This maintenance should have no impact on data archiving.
