Please submit this form whenever a prospect or customer emails “[email protected]” or “[email protected]” with a sales inquiry. When you submit the form, it will create a task for the appropriate salesperson to follow up as well as register the person as an MQL.

What to do:

Collect as much information as you can for the prospect, especially the required fields in the form to the right. Most of this information can be found in their email signature. If not, visit the email domain or do as much research as you can to find the following information

• Company
• Country/State
• Phone
• Email address
• # Employees
• Industry

Copy the prospect’s full email message into the “Email message” field, then click submit.
