Call Cabinet Corporation, a Smarsh company, all of its subsidiaries, and all of its parent companies (collectively “CallCabinet”) use subprocessors to provide the best experience and service to partners, end customers and end users when using our ‘voice recording and analytics’ products and services or visiting our websites.
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by CallCabinet, who has or potentially will have access to or process service data or personal data. CallCabinet engages different types of subprocessors to perform various processing functions as further explained in this document.
CallCabinet undertakes to use reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of subprocessors that will or may have access to or process service data and personal data. Smarsh requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent data protection obligations as those instructions documented from Data Controllers on CallCabinet also in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of applicable Privacy Law.
