WhatsApp & WeChat

Say yes to easier communication

WhatsApp and WeChat are powerhouses of communication, particularly in EMEA and Asia. However, as encrypted channels, there have been significant roadblocks to reliably capture and archive chats on these technologies. Regulated organizations have traditionally prohibited the use of WhatsApp and WeChat, which has hindered the productivity of employees that want to easily communicate with clients.

In June, Smarsh introduced a new solution to capture and archive WhatsApp and WeChat. Now, regulated organizations can capture and store content from these channels in their native format in the Smarsh Enterprise Archive. Read more.
