Each year, Smarsh hosts SmarshCONNECT, bringing together customers, technology leaders and industry experts to unlock insights into the new era of communications, technology and compliance. The goal of these events is to learn, connect, and collaborate to stay ahead of change and set the tone for the future of communications compliance.
The need for dynamic collaboration has never been greater. The intersecting paths of communications technologies and regulatory compliance continue to evolve at rapid speed and colossal scale. In the past year alone, we have witnessed a dramatic increase in readily available generative AI technologies, record-breaking fines, and new regulatory updates.
SmarshCONNECT 2024 was a day-long event emphasizing the importance of a future-focused data strategy as new technologies, such as generative AI, change what’s possible for legal and compliance programs. The day included updates from Smarsh product leadership as well as panel discussions on the future of generative AI technologies and emerging best practices for off-channel communications.
As part of the event, we held a partner briefing where we shared updates from across our organization as well as priorities for the year ahead. Smarsh also presented awards to acknowledge the impact and contributions of our strategic partners.
