Voice Capture and Archiving

Consolidate your compliance and e-discovery workflows across all your communications

Increasingly, regulatory bodies across the world are requiring organizations to retain and supervise voice content. To accommodate this need, we expanded our ability to capture and archive voice content in the Professional Archive and the Enterprise Archive. Now, customers can easily search, supervise, playback and read transcripts of voice content from virtually any telephony system. Read more.

SharePoint & Office 365 enhancements

Comply confidently with super scale and version history capture

If you are one of the many organizations adopting Microsoft Office 365, you need to make sure your environment is compliant. We’re here to help with this. In addition to our existing ability to capture Office 365 content, we recently added the ability to capture version history on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams files. Now, all versions of your files are accessible in your archive.

Additionally, we increased the scale of our ability to capture Office 365 communications. We can now support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint deployments with over 100,000 users. Read more.

Brainspace

Make the most of your archived data with data analytics

The Smarsh Enterprise Archive, the extensible, cloud-native archive for global enterprises, is now integrated with Brainspace. Brainspace is the world’s leading data analytics platform for investigations, e-discovery and compliance. With this integration, customers can seamlessly leverage Brainspace’s machine learning to better visualize and understand their data, ultimately helping them make more informed decisions. Read more.

Learn more about your Smarsh products and get certified with new training opportunities

We recently launched Smarsh University, a new subscription-based offering for instructor-led and on-demand web training. Administrators and platform users can leverage Smarsh University to learn more about the intricacies of the Professional Archive, Enterprise Archive and more. Additionally, those who complete the training can get certified in their products, which will earn them access to priority support. Read more.

Collaborate compliantly
