Each quarter, we publish the highlights of new Smarsh product developments to keep you in the know.

While most of us were happy to say goodbye to 2020, there were still highlights from the year. At Smarsh, our product development team ended the year with a bang. While the most prominent news of the quarter was the Smarsh acquisition of Digital Reasoning, the global leader in natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), several other major innovations such as capturing T-Mobile for Business text communications and enhancements to the Smarsh Web Archive contributed to making the quarter memorable.
