Smarsh Partner Perspectives Video: Technology Trends & Drivers

We recently held our annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) event here in Portland, Oregon. This year, the proceedings featured a hosted panel session with executives from three of our strategic technology partners: Cisco Systems, Microsoft and IBM.

2018 featured tremendous growth for Smarsh in terms of our market share and the set of capabilities we are delivering to our customers. With the API-driven extensibility of our platform, technology partnerships are proving increasingly important to our customers who are leveraging them for added business value in conjunction with the solutions we provide directly to them.

To kick off 2019, we are excited to share the video recorded discussion that took place during the CAB partner-focused session mentioned above so you can see and hear what our partners perspectives are directly from them.

Hosted by Smarsh compliance subject matter expert Robert Cruz and Smarsh CTO Anthony West, this video unpacks key topics that critically impact the ability to implement our partner’s productivity-enhancing solutions for your workforce while maintaining proper governance and mitigating the inherent risks.

This video covers the technology trends and drivers that are shaping new offerings from our partners in the areas of collaboration, artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics and emerging digital communication channels. Also discussed are the compliance and legal challenges to overcome when implementing them inside a heavily regulated organization.

We hope you enjoy watching this and benefit from the information shared in it.
