Jocelyn is an engaged member of The Hartford’s Professional Women’s Network and served for three years on its leadership team. She also co-leads the Health & Wellness pillar of The Hartford’s Women in Technology resource group. She is a leadership member of United Way Women United and is a member of their Women’s Leadership Council. On top of it all, Jocelyn is a small business owner of a fitness studio, Empowered Indoor Cycling & Strength in Glastonbury, CT. She holds a Master of Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.

Marina Kaganovich is a Director and the Head of U.S. CIB Digital Compliance at BNP Paribas. She specializes in advising on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data privacy, robotics and digital transformation topics. Marina supports the firm in the design of strategic solutions, leading cross-functional projects and providing thought leadership and guidance on governance and implementation considerations.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Marina was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, spearheading Compliance coverage of the Technology, Human Capital Management and Corporate Services divisions. Marina also held a dual role as Financial Regulatory Attorney and Compliance Manager at Thomson Reuters, where she oversaw the broker dealer compliance program.
She earned her juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with honors from the Bernard Baruch School of Business. Marina holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 licenses.
