  • Automatic archiving and fast, effective supervision and e-discovery: Smarsh Capture integrates seamlessly with the Smarsh Enterprise Archive, a secure and context-aware data store. This enables accurate, fast and highly effective search, supervision, e-discovery and case management. Content can also be exported to any third-party archive, app, or data lake of your choice.
  • End-to-end security: Whether data is in transit or at rest.

Smarsh captures content directly from the Verint app via bulk export, from the recording system, using the recording system’s export feature and sent to the archive as a wave or .mp3 file. Content is captured in its native format and chain of custody is preserved.
