The Archiving Platform from Smarsh enables Financial Services Cloud customers to extend their recordkeeping, compliance and e-discovery initiatives to the communications channels within the Salesforce Customer Success platform, including Salesforce Chatter and email sent through Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud email marketing and the Pardot business-to-business marketing automation solution. Content is retained and available for review next to a customer’s other communications channels in one consolidated, comprehensive archiving platform. This enables financial services compliance professionals to meet their FINRA and SEC compliance obligations related to the retention and oversight of electronic communications.

Financial Services Cloud is generally available for purchase today, empowering advisors to build deeper, 1-to-1 client relationships, be more productive, and engage more holistically with clients anywhere and on any device.
